Small victories.

I have a combination lock that I last used back in January.
I had since forgotten the combination.
The lock has been sitting on my desk for the last week, in the hopes that I would get so annoyed with being unable to open it, that I would spontaneously remember the three digits of the combination.
I remembered the following:
- All three were even numbers
- The first two were only two digits off each other, with the first being lower than the second
- The last one was in the 30s (so, 30, 32, 34, 36 or 38)
That's still a hell of a lot of combinations.
So, finally, I googled "lost combination" and "master lock" (since the brand is Master), and came across this site. Trouble was, I only had a vague idea of what the last digit was.
After ten minutes of trying various combinations, to my shock, the lock opened.
I have now saved the combination to a file on my computer called "combinationlock.txt". Just in case. :)
Today... I plan to watch the two hour All My Children/One Life to Live crossover special event thingy and then possibly go to the library for a while before my 8:30 class. Or, I may just be a slug. We'll see.
