Updatiness.

Life continues to be odd. But okay. Had a long chat with an old friend, on Monday night/Tuesday morning. And it was pleasant. That was ... surprising. But good.
The Jeopardy! test was fun. 50 questions, 15 seconds for each. I answered a bunch right and a bunch empty and a few wrong ones. I knew where Appamattox was (Virginia) and I knew that Brown was the Ivy League school in Rhode Island, but I didn't know that M----- meant "Minuet" for the court dance of Louis XIV. And couldn't remember it was Pucini who'd written La Boheme.
And I also said that Dan Brown's prequel (of sorts) to The Da Vinci Code was Demons & Angels. Alas, that is the title of a Red Dwarf episode. The book is actually Angels & Demons.
I should study Italian, now. Or soon.
