11:16am and I'm awake and feverish and going back to bed in a few, I think.
I've put things in motion to reschedule my midterm as well as hand in my Italian composition on Thursday instead of today. My dad is writing me a note for the exam, and I don't think it'll be necessary for Italian. So much with the love and appreciation. Definitely goes to show I'm feverish when I am just awestruck at the concept that my dad can write me a note.
Hoping I'll be better tomorrow, since I have to meet up with the head of Sociology undergraduate studies tomorrow about switching to an Honours from a major in Soci, although I can always reschedule that. Really, I have to be better for Thursday, so that's my real goal.
The nose is moderately less stuffy today. This does not mean I do not currently have a Kleenex stuffed up my nose, however.
Also, the Canadian Olympic Women's Hockey Team is kicking ass. They killed Italy 16-0, Russia went down 12-0 and now we're beating Sweden 8-1 almost halfway through the third period.
I love my country. And I adore that our goalie, Kim St-Pierre, wears #33 like Patrick Roy once did.
I should really not be allowed to write emails or LJ entries or anything, really, when I'm feverish.
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone.
