Ah, the pain of Social Theory.

This semester, I'm taking Contemporary Social Theory. I took Classical Social Theory all last year, and got an A-.
You know what else I got?
The idea that sitting down to do readings is painful. I'm sitting here at 4:18am, trying to do my reading for tomorrow, which is on Mead and the self and the me and the I and the generalized other (and yay, symbolic interactionism!), but... gah. I have this block, preventing me from doing anything. It is actually extremely difficult to even read a word.
WTF. I liked Mead when I studied him in Classical! But oh, the readings. <hides>
I need another cup of tea.
