<cracks up>

Woke up to my alarm clocks after hitting snooze three times on each. Stumbled out to the living room. Sat down. Checked mail and such. Turned on the ringer for the phone. Picked up phone. Had voice mail. Wondered who the hell would have called me before 10:30am.
drsnicket, of course.
However, it should be mentioned that the cell phone connection she was on was absolutely HORRIBLE, and, until the end of the message, I had no idea, none whatsoever, that it was her. In fact, I actually thought it was
literaryradical, until I was able to make out "the turtle story", and then cracked up.
That said, the information
drsnicket requested:
The French message actually aired several weeks ago.
Here's a translation that resembles my own, but has more information:
-- Translation --
If someone can hear this, they are dead. Please help us. I'll try to go to the black rock. He killed them. He killed them all.
Iteration 7294531
He is outside, please help us, please help us. He is outside (...) help us. They are dead.
Iteration 17294532
He is outside, he is outside and Brandon took the keys. Please help us. They are dead, they are all dead. Help us. They are dead.
Iteration 17294533
They are all dead. Help us. They are dead (...)
Iteration 17294534
He is outside, please help us, please help us.
Iteration 17294535
If someone can hear this, I'll try to go to the black rock. Please help us. They are all dead. They are dead. He killed them. He killed them all. I'll try to go to the black rock.
Many of the translations translate "il" as "it", but this one uses "he". I found that interesting. Also, the "black rock" is interesting, because two bodies found near these caves had rocks in their hands (like stones) -- one white, one black, I believe. (People online are beginning to think there's a "The Lottery" thing that happened on the island...)
Anyways, I have to get ready to leave. Stupid school. Hope that helps out, sweetie. <hugs>
(sidenote: snooze is either the best invention ever or the most irritatingly annoying invention ever. That is all.)
