Random Sims 2 thing.

brinshannaraMy continuing adventure in the Alias world (populating Pleasantview) included making a Michael Vaughn and a father (whom I named William. Right? Bill Vaughn was Michael's dad, yes?) and then having to kill William.
These Sims are heartier than the last game, that's for sure.
(also, I'm posting this from the Faubourg food court. How cool is that?!!? [got out of class early.])
Anyways, I saved the game and then went about trying to kill William. I just removed the door to his room, and let the guy starve. I figured I had to do it, lest he become too friendly with Irina/Laura.
Michael was, of course, devastated.
But! The cool thing! The game let me continue to run the household with only Michael in it!
Unfortunately, his relationship with Sydney turned platonic the instant he grew up. I'm not kidding. They were making out on the couch (they were both teens) and then he stood up, grew up, and though both relationship scores were at 100, the little hearts were gone.
I'll just have to play Sydney some more to get HER to grow up, now.
And, dammit, I should have made a Weiss by now. Alas, I have slacked.
This is way too much fun.
Anyways, off to have coffee (or, actually, hot chocolate for me) with a friend in a little bit.
I also bought new headphones, as my last ones were dying.
... I still can't believe I'm logged on to the Internet from the Faubourg food court. Do you KNOW how many times I've had lunch or dinner here over the course of my life? But never a computer and the Internet at the same time! I am far too squeeful.
