In lieu of doing anything REMOTELY productive, I've just played the Da Vinci Code web game, and now I'm playing the original "web adventure", I think they called it. (And they're both done in Flash and the geek in me is just all "COOL! I COULD SO DO THIS!!!" and really wants to look at the source code.)
And, and,
drsnicket!!! One of the clues is written in a font that you basically have to copy/paste into notepad or something to read properly. But I'm sitting there, looking at the odd letters, before I realized what I had to do, and I'm all... "Dude, I can read this."
You know WHY? Dan Brown stole sismooplish! Greek letters (wingdings) in English words. So I read "Well done, my friend" and I'm like "how the hell am I... OH. COOL!"
Right, okay, I'm going to stop being a dork any day now. ;)
(And I've been productive. Went to the bank, paid Pascal, paid Videotron, got gum for my trip, and I've only been up for three hours. Go me.)
