Been a long 36 hours - a trip out to Hudson, a trip back, a paper to write that I'm still writing.
I'm now trying to do the paper with the French-language federal party leader debates going on in the background.
Listening to Elizabeth May (Green Party) speak in French: Painful.
Listening to Stephen Harper (Conservative Party) speak in French: Painful.
Listening to Jack Layton (NDP) speak in French: Familiar Quebec twang and familiar anglo accent, thus, amusing.
Listening to four federal party leaders bash Stephen Harper AT EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY: Fucking priceless and totally has made my day.
I still don't know who I'm voting for, but at least I know Harper's taking a beating in the debate tonight and I am THRILLED.
