Just a small commentary on both Alias and Lost.
Goddammit, JJ, can you PLEASE STOP killing off characters I enjoy?! And to do it FOUR TIMES in two hours on the SAME NIGHT is just mean.
RIP Nadia (my favourite of the bunch), Renee, Ana-Lucia (second-favourite) and Libby.
I clearly missed the reason as to why Michael killed Ana-Lucia. I presume that if he freed Henry, he'd get Walt back or something along those lines, and he had to do whatever he could to free Henry. But then why turn the gun on himself? I'm very confused. And poor Libby -- wrong place, wrong time. Poor Hurley will never know that she was in the hospital with him.
It strikes me as odd -- I found myself feeling awful for Ana-Lucia's mother. But... she's already mourned/is in mourning, clearly, because for her, Ana-Lucia died in the plane crash.
I liked Ana-Lucia in this episode. Much like I liked Shannon way back when. So I wasn't very surprised that Ana-Lucia is now dead. However, it WAS a surprise that JJ would kill off FOUR WOMEN on both his shows in the same night. I thought Ana was dead an episode or two from now, but not TONIGHT.
More interconnection -- Ana and Jack's dad, prior to Jack and Ana and Jack's dad and Sawyer. I think
yahtzee63 mentioned it, but is it possible that Claire is Jack's younger half-sister? Whoever the blonde Australian woman was, though, she didn't look old enough to have a daughter who's what, 20ish?
Alias, my biggest question now is: are we going to see Irina react? Because DAMN, is she gonna be pissed or WHAT?
Also, if they kill Jack, Irina or Syd, I will hurt people. Everyone else is fair game, but not my Spy!Family.
JJ, you are a fucker. However, I would still have your babies.

Date: 2006-05-04 06:04 am (UTC)Ana Lucia dying -- well, the writing was on the wall with that one, IMHO. Libby was an accident, I think. If they really kill Mr. Eko next week I will be po'ed.
Yeah. What's up with a possible Jack half-sister?
(I laughed when Sawyer walked into the car door.)
