I think that you can turn any poem or work of literature (or art, really) into meaning absolutely anything you want, as long as you can point to the text and say "and this is what makes me think that".

That said, I'm nearly done the paper, but I'm going to sleep for four hours and finish it before I run off to class at 2.

I would, however, like to take the opportunity to re-iterate the fact that I believe William Carlos Williams was a jerk.
