Dunkeld is a small town in Perthshire, Scotland. We drove through it on our way from Edinburgh to ... Ballater, I think, or else from Ballater to Aberdeen. The first Liberal Prime Minister grew up in Dunkeld and my father discovered that on his first trip there. Anyways, what you see in that photo is some of the remains of Dunkeld Cathedral, which was, I think, burned down. There's also an attached part of the church which is actually in use and either new/rebuilt or was untouched by the fire.
Anyways, it's a beautiful, tiny town. And I had tea there, about five minutes away from this place. :)
