brinshannaraIt's slowly sinking into my head that MY LUSH will be here at 8am tomorrow morning.
I think I've got most of the next few days planned out, but there's always room for negotiation.
For my benefit (and yours, too, so you know where the hell I am):
Tonight: Stop at the bank, get change for a ten and go home to do three loads of laundry (which will take care of my clothes and some bath towels). While doing laundry, clean kitchen (and run dishwasher) and swiff/vaccuum the living room. After laundry, clean bathroom, including tub (after having shaved legs, because I'm due for a shave and I don't want to dirty up a clean bathtub again). After all this, I'll then tackle cleaning out the fridge, which is something I am somewhat dreading, although it won't be too bad. Certainly less bad than it was the last time I cleaned it out a month and a half ago or so. Around 8pm, call the cabbie who gave me his card the other day, and ask him to pick me up for 7:20am tomorrow. Plan is to be in bed and asleep before midnight, showered and hair dried and all, because I'm not good in the morning, but I'm worse in the mornings after nights wherein I have had no sleep.
Tomorrow: Wake up around 6:30, get dressed, force food into my system (I don't eat well in the mornings, either) and leave around 7:20, when the cabbie should be there. Also, must check flight info before leaving. Be at international arrivals for 8ish, 8:15 at latest, and meet Nick. Take Nick back to my place, catch up, laugh, etc. Eventually, go to grocery store with him so we can agree on what foods to eat while he's here. ;) Maybe dinner (St. Hubert's) and a movie in the evening, showing him a bit of downtown.
Saturday: Casino, with P and maybe W, and possibly my brother, in the afternoon. Dinner with Nick and the brother at the Casino, probably.
Sunday: Who knows? Meat sauce for supper, perhaps.
Monday: CLASS. Whee. Or perhaps meat sauce for dinner here.
Tuesday: Back to airport to drop Nick off, although the brother should be driving us there and me back. It's not like he's got class.
Whew.
I'm already tired. And somewhere in there, I have to do my Sociology of Cyberspace take-home exam (due Wednesday) and study for my finals in Stats and Italian, which are the 11th (a SATURDAY!!!) and the 13th, respectively.
Okay. Back to stats.
