Good Lord.

After a surprisingly unproductive weekend, in which I could do virtually nothing to do with computers, although I did manage to back up some info from my laptop, I am currently skipping my theatre class so that I may actually do all my chemistry homework from my online chemistry class, as well as do all my readings for my Soci of Lit class for tomorrow.

It'd also be nice to be able to actually, uh, be prepared for my thesis class tomorrow night, but I think that will involve going to school in the morning, dropping off my laptop in the afternoon and then going to my parents' house to print stuff out.

Why?

My printer won't print. Or at least, it didn't. I don't even have that printer installed on this desktop, so God only knows if it were willing to print, it would even print from this computer.

Anyways, onwards, to scientific frigging notation, which I forgot, purposefully, after grade 11, thinking I'd never have to ever use it again.

Shows what I know, eh? :P

You know...

I'm flashing back to grade 10 physical science and grade 11 chemistry while doing this chem homework.

I never wanted to see the term "covalent" ever again.

And yet.

"For the purpose of nomenclature, inorganic compounds are classified as those:

- containing a metal and a non-metal (ionic compounds)
- containing two nonmetals (covalent compounds)"

How I wish drsnicket were in my class taking awesome notes and here to explain stuff to me -- just like she tried to do more than ten years ago.

That said, I KICK ASS at matter and the basic periodic table. Scientific Notation and molecular mass will be, I suspect, my downfall.

I have ordered chicken, I will sit down and watch How I Met Your Mother and Heroes.
