Hm.

I wonder if people who study sociology do so because they don't understand societal norms, values and rules.

I know that I've had issues in the past with "fitting in" with others in social interactions. I wonder if most sociologists are like that, too.

Ah, not a horrific day.

I got up. I went to school. School was okay. I went to coffee after with JB and TP, and NC joined us after.

Then, JB and NC went off, TP went off and I, instead of going home, went downtown.

My hair's been getting REALLY shaggy and the ends were getting all gross, and my mother will NOT SHUT UP about it being time for me to get a haircut. So I got one, because I actually agreed with her. I rather like it. :D

And then, I called my brother and I called CB to see if either of them wanted to go see Jodie Foster's new movie Flightplan. My brother didn't want to see it. CB didn't answer her phone. So I went alone, which was more than a little empowering. It's been a while since I've done that, and it felt good to just GO and not count on anyone else, not have to worry about anyone else, and just enjoy MYSELF. Which I sorely needed.

That said, a few comments on the movie.
