It's Sunday night...
Mar. 21st, 2005 02:35 am... and that means I'm waiting for an L Word torrent to pop up. Grr.
It also means that I'm HOME. <makes out with her apartment> I never want to leave home again. I should have left for home yesterday, but I thought, nah, I have good company, good food, etc. I'll stay at my parents' house. Such a silly decision, because my brother and I got into it, then today, mom was griping... Meh. You couldn't pay me to spend that much time there when I'm not sick as a dog. The smoke from my mom, the toxic atmosphere from my mom and my brother, and without my dad there? Ugh. Just so wrong!
The cutest thing ever happened last night. Jack (my brother's dog) and I have been hanging out a lot over the last few days, and he came into my room last night and jumped up on my bed and snuggled up to me as I was messing around on the computer. The door was open, I TRIED to get him to leave, and he refused. He stayed with me all night. At 8am, my mom came to my room, looking for him, and AGAIN, he wouldn't leave. He finally left at 9am when she insisted, though. I miss the schmuck already.
Anyways, I'm also working on my Italian oral presentation, which I'm doing tomorrow, and I need to write a quick Italian composition, which is going to be easy, so I'll do that after I've slept. I'm currently trying to figure out how to say "two Swedish guys", and I think that's "due ragazzi svedesi".
I'm feeling much better. Maybe 95% of the way to healthy. Just a little congestion, coughing and wheezing which should clear up soon. Seriously, compared to Tuesday, I feel like a million bucks.
(ETA: NO, I DO NOT WANT TO D/L KELSEY GRAMMER'S SKETCH SHOW. I WANT THE L WORD, DAMN YOU! <ahem> Sorry, I get cranky at torrent sites easily.)
