I shouldn't laugh, because I'm quasi-Catholic, but Amy Poehler on SNL's Weekend Update said tonight: "This week, gay marriage was condemned by a single old guy who wears a cape."
But I did laugh. A lot.

Head is still achy, but soooo much better. It's just sinus pressure now, no migraine issues. Yay! Tomorrow, C's birthday party, wherein we shall all head off up north to a spa where we spend a few minutes in a sauna and then go jump in a freezing cold pool, then go sit in a hot outdoor jacuzzi. It is the most invigorating thing ever. And you walk out of there all relaxed and stuff!!
We did this last year. I was in significant amounts of pain afterwards (likely due to the temperature changes, etc), but I think I know what my problem was, and I know what to do and what not to do this time. (ie: don't go into the hot sauna, don't spend too long in the saunas, do NOT go into the steamroom...) And I wasn't on any meds for my sinuses then, nor had I taken any sinus Tylenol, so I'm thinking it'll be okay this time. And if not, there are some people going home early, so I'll grab a lift with them, if need be.
Still to do:
Social Theory paper -- due Monday, although I can skip that one and do another one for the following Monday
Stats assignment -- due Tuesday, shouldn't be a problem.
Off to shower and hit the hay.
