Lying there in bed, freezing my ass off, with my secondary alarm clock BLARING at me from across the room, I wondered to myself, "What, exactly, would I give up in order to skip Italian today?"
I still don't know, because I remembered two things:
a) The last time I skipped Italian (for a halfway decent reason) I missed pretty much THE MOST IMPORTANT class so far, with all the prepositions and stuff, and had to study like mad (MAD, I tell you!) to catch up for the midterm;
and
b) I have a composition to hand in.
I am COLD. I am TIRED. I had weird ass dreams about living in my parents' house in my old room, and we had a CAT who insisted on sleeping in my room with me...
All very weird stuff.
Still debating whether or not to go to the library with my friend C today. I mean, she's living there these days, but I don't particularly want to go to the library when I can, you know, COME HOME AND SLEEP.
Last night was the first night in ages that I actually slept well. I fell asleep relatively quickly and slept soundly until my alarms went off. So I'm a little wary of coming home (despite how tired I am) and collapsing for a nap, which will undoubtedly make it that much harder to fall asleep tonight.
Then again, on Tuesday, it took me another 50 minutes to get from the other campus to the library -- had to wait for the shuttle bus and then walk from the downtown campus to the library -- and I don't fancy doing that again, particularly with my heavy-ass Italian books in tow, just so I can do my Stats assignment that's due next Tuesday.
Decisions, decisions....
