The L Word
Feb. 7th, 2004 02:06 pmSo after spending most of the week trying to.. acquire the 90 minute first episode of The L Word, I was finally successful last night.
Loving the show.
I'm on the second episode (of three that have aired, all of which are in my possession now) and just about died laughing at this piece of dialogue:
Dana: "I thought Jenny was straight."
Alice: "Dana, most girls are straight, until they're not."
Highly recommend the show, because I swear, I can identify with half the main characters. I see bits of me in the tennis player, the writer, the journalist, the would-be-mom...
Okay, not the girl who loves 'em and leaves 'em, but still. I'm liking this better than Queer As Folk, and I really am very fond of that show.
