Okay, I think it's really interesting that there's one "settlement" on one side of the island, where they seem fairly happy, fairly peaceful, until Sayid tortured Sawyer.
And now, on this other side, these people have like, a PIT, and, it seems, a female in charge. But she looks like she's definitely in charge and definitely not peaceful.

Okay, on the whole, meh. Not a great episode. I didn't like Hurley's backstory. It seems lame. I liked that we found the others from the back of the plane. Now, either they're cannibals or the rest of the 23 got sick and died. Which I'm tempted to think, but really, given the antagonism by Ana-Lucia, I'm thinking cannibalism. Or The Others? Who knows.
