Shootings in my city.

That was my CEGEP.
I haven't been a student there since 1996. My brother hasn't been a student there since 2001.
But this is a 15 minute drive from me. It's about 6-7 blocks from my school.
I was at the metro station underneath the school just yesterday.
My brother drove by there just after the shootings today, before everything was closed off, totally unaware of what the hell was going on.
There are a lot of comparisons to the Ecole Polytechnique murders of 1989. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89cole_Polytechnique_massacre ) But this is seemingly random, where the 1989 shooter was targetting women specifically, and so this is bothering me when they compare the two.
At any rate... I'm okay, my family's okay, I'm pretty sure my friends are okay.
