Jeopardy, anyone?

Anyone who knows me in person, who's sat back and relaxed while watching TV with me, knows that I love Jeopardy!. I've been watching it off and on since I was like, 8? 9? Something like that. And when I say "on", I mean religiously, every night. For months on end. If I'm home at 7pm, I'm generally watching it. Or, if I'm at my parents' at 7pm, I'll watch it there, too.

So why the hell am I talking about Jeopardy!?

You may recall that last year at some point (I cannot find the corroborating entry), I was asked to go to Toronto for a contestant search. And I got the email too late, because I DID NOT USE MY PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS at the Jeopardy site, and checked it too late, and you know what? I would have had an exam the day before and the day after the contestant event ANYWAYS, so I wouldn't have been able to go.

But now. Now, they're starting searches online.

I signed up.

Next Tuesday, at 8pm ET, I will be taking part in the online contestant quiz, which means I MAY get to go to a real life contestant event and do another quiz there, play a mock game and be interviewed. Of course, they had no Canadian cities as choices, so I picked Boston (because drsnicket loves me and would house me for a couple days), but, but, but! How exciting!
