Long day, in which I did some nifty language thingies at Hattrick, watched some TV and then played some Sims 2.

My Sim eventually died. Her husband lived on to see his three granddaughters (Sarah, Jenna and Maggie). See, Elizabeth married Brandon (the kilt-wearing guy) and had Sarah. Then, they tried for another baby, and Elizabeth had TWINS. Fraternal, thank God.

I thought one baby per family was tough. Hah. Hardly. Jenna and Maggie have complicated life for everyone, and I can't WAIT until Sarah becomes a teenager, because MAYBE she'll then be able to help out with the babies.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth's about to become an Elder and Brandon is still a dumbass.

My Sim, by the way, is still haunting the house. She's freaking out Sarah constantly, and never showing up to anyone else. Reeeeal nice Sim I made, there...

To bed, because I have to meet my mom downtown tomorrow, then meet a friend for coffee.

I'm tired already.

OH. My friend I was over today and I succumbed to iTunes. And then succumbed and bought music online. iTunes IS SO COOL. I downloaded the BNL Holiday album for only $9.99 -- Canadian! Songs are 99 cents each -- CANADIAN. I'm getting a deal of 19-20 on each song compared to my US counterpart. ;)

Anyways, that's a wicked thing to have. It's far too easy to download music, though! Also, it's downloaded into an m4p format. I'm told, though, that there are ways to convert m4p to mp3 files (and no, that's not a typo, it's really m4p) so I may look into that when I want to burn some bought songs on to a mix CD or something.

I can see how awesome it would be to have an iPod. No conversion, no fuss.

At any rate, I am in love with iTunes, and I think it's a nifty music library thing, even if you don't download your music from there.

Really going to bed now.

Wow.

Catching up on AMC, just finished Thursday's episode, and I just burst into tears.

Erica: "Her name is Miranda Mona Montgomery. And she is a Kane."

There is so much emotion and meaning tied up in those two short sentences, and I feel that having watched AMC for 20+ years entitles me to cry, even if others mock me.

Wow. <sniff>
