Adventures in Hair Dyeing
Jul. 18th, 2004 03:43 amThat one of my best friends accidentally wound up with platinum blonde hair on Friday had to have been an omen.
Which I entirely ignored. (And made fun of the incident; suggesting that she cut off most of her hair and be Spike for a few months must not have helped.)
But no. The Great Hair Dyeing Event went on as scheduled.
And resulted in my hair turning bright orange for a period of several hours at one point.
And resulted in PF coming back to my apartment around 12:30 in the morning to fix it.
It's now back to a nice medium shade of brown, which is very close to my original colour, with more red highlights to it than I normally would have (where the dye interacted with the bright orange).
It's nice to have my eyebrows (mostly) match my hair colour again. That was just creepy.
Also? Blonde is not my colour.
More after I wake up. I'm just glad my hair looks okay again.
