Apr. 20th, 2004
I've been up since 8:45am.
Apr. 20th, 2004 10:15 amAnd have been wholly unproductive.
That's okay. Off to the funeral in a little bit, home by 1ish, study 'till 6. Study on the bus. Study before going into the classroom. I'll be fine, because I've already done a LOT of review for this class over the last two weeks.
I did want to share something really amusingly funny, though.
Last evening, my mother, brother and both my grandmothers and I were at St-Hubert's, having dinner, after the whole funeral home visitation thing. I had just finished a mouthful of creamy coleslaw when my mom says to me all cheerfully and seemingly out of the blue, "Two down, one to go!"
I stared at her.
Two down and one to go? I thought. Tell me she's NOT talking about my two great-aunts and my grandmother!
She realized what I thought she meant when she saw my expression, and stared right back at me.
"Your EXAMS. Two exams down, one to go tomorrow!"
"Ohhhhhhhhh!"
Anyways, there you go. Some humour for you on this sunny but damn cold Montreal morning.
