Movie Meme!

Almost 400 movies! Mark which you've seen and then add five more. Try not to add any repeats.

Movie Meme instead of studying... )

Also, it vaguely disturbs me how many of these I've seen with my ex. There's like, a lot.

Bleh.

Next time I decide to take a course "because I should know more about [subject]!", just shoot me in the head before I click on register. 'kay?

(Die, Quebec Society, diiiiiiiiiie.)

(I'm so up until 6am, BTW. At least. If not 7.)

Hm.

Well, at least I now know why Barenaked Ladies aren't offering MP3s of their Montreal show.

It's all because of Quebec's Bill 31, preventing subcontractors from working instead of unionized workers.

Fuck you, Bill 31. I wanted to hear that concert.

(Although this may enable me to actually pass the exam I write tomorrow. Who knows?)

You know...

Possibly the most annoying thing about this whole funeral thing is that I have to go take my Quebec Society exam in a black turtleneck and a black skirt. In shoes with a chunky heel, no less.

I have to get from school to the funeral home ASAP, so there's no time to stop at home and change, and the skirt will be all wrinkly if I put it in my bag.

Alas.

Okay, off to meet a classmate to go over stuff and then take the exam, then off to the funeral home and then out to dinner before coming home and cramming for Social Problems while emphatically NOT watching (the majority of) the hockey game.

But go Habs anyways.

:D

Record setting night!

The Montreal Canadiens won game 7 against the Boston Bruins -- the first time any Canadiens team had come back from a 3-1 series disadvantage. (This means they won three games in a row, including two in Boston!)

José Theodore was brilliant as he made 32 saves for his first career playoff shutout.

Richard Zednik scored two goals (one empty-netter) to provide all the offense the Canadiens would need.

Montreal Canadiens at Tampa Bay Lightning. Friday. 7pm ET.

GO HABS GO!!!!!

---

I went to the dep to get milk, while wearing my Habs jersey, and was honked at three times and was asked once who won.

It's a glorious thing to be a hockey fan in Montreal in the spring, when the Habs are in the postseason.

Off to study.
