I'm working on my stats project, honest.

But as I turned the page in my notebook, I found a scribbled sentence from a conversation last night with CB, which cracked me up all over again. The conversation leading up to the line was something like this.

CB: "Is it too early to send an email to someone at the law firm I interviewed with?"
Me: "It's 4:30. WAY too early."
CB: "When should I send it so it doesn't look like I was up all night?"
Me: "7ish. 6 at the earliest."
CB: "6. GOOD CALL. It has that 'I'm an early riser' feel, but not the 'I'm a freak who sleeps during the day' vibe."
Me, laughing: "I love how we..."

and then the line:

CB: "... try to interact with the day world?"

Also, those who use AIM and message boards tend to lie more than those who use MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk, irc, email, blogs and MMORPGS, and how honest people feel themselves to be OFFLINE is strongly connected to how honest they feel they are ONLINE. Which is, you know, logical. But I HAVE NUMBERS TO PROVE IT.

Alias with JB tonight after her exam, either at my place or at hers. Must. finish. paper. to. see. Alias!

Well, that settles that. I am not going into research because I HATE, LOATHE, DESPISE AND ABHOR STATISTICS beyond a certain level.

The exam sucked, but even if she doesn't curve it (but she should. That was hard.), I'll do okay in the class, because it's only worth 20%. I've got a B+ going in, so even if I tanked on it, I'm still going to ace my final project, which is worth 25%. I should keep the B+, and, if I did stupidly awesomely well on my assignment and my project, I may have a shot at an A-.

I'll take a B and run, though.

Going to now make dinner, watch stupid Smallville and go to bed, because tomorrow is ALL ITALIAN ALL THE TIME AND THAT INCLUDES LJ ENTRIES. Have babelfish on standby. ;)
