Wow, that sucks.

Well, let's see -- Marshall gets out of the car, and Sydney watches as he goes to the door. Carrie meets him and gives him a big kiss; Syd smiles and drives off.

Next thing we see, Syd is at the train station, sitting on a bench. Vaughn approaches and extends his hand to her; she accepts and they begin to dance together, turning slow circles while hugging and laughing. And that was the end. It was verrrrry sweet. :)
