Gah. Oral presentations used to scare the crap out of me.
Then I got into CEGEP and spent at least 45 minutes on the student radio a week, reading the news.
I haven't had to do an oral presentation since then, but I'm much more comfortable speaking in front of an audience, now. Wheeeeee radio. :)
Also, tell your stomach to cut it out.
